たんぱく質にも種類があり、それぞれいいところがありますあります^^
今日のトレーナー飯は、私がオススメのたんぱく質源
【馬肉】
についてお話ししていきますね^^

馬肉は牛肉や豚肉、鶏肉に比べるて低脂質なため、ダイエットや筋トレ中の方に最適!!
もちろん高たんぱくなのは言うまでもありませんね^^
含まれている栄養素
・鉄分
・亜鉛
・グリコーゲン
・ペプチド
・ビタミンA
・ビタミンE
・カルシウム

・貧血予防・改善
・味覚異常の予防・改善
・精力増強
・疲労回復

日常の食事で不足しがちな栄養素がたっぷりですね!
鉄分(ヘム鉄)が豚肉の4倍、鶏肉の10倍と言われているので、貧血の方にはとってもおすすめ♪
ビタミンCと一緒に摂ることで体内に吸収されやすくなりますよ^^
そして馬肉に含まれている脂質は、体内で合成できないリノール酸、α-リノレン酸、オレイン酸等の不飽和脂肪酸(必須脂肪酸)ですし、亜鉛は味覚異常の予防・改善に効果があるのですが、最近は味覚が鈍感になっている方が多いので、外食の多い方は、馬肉をおつまみにできるといいですね♪
